A new chapter in life? Don't walk alone!
LOBO is a social sport club for people starting something new: Whether you've moved to a new country, relocated to a new region, returned after years away, changed careers, ended a relationship, or simply decided it's time for a fresh start, one thing remains the same:
Starting over is easier together!
We walk, exercise and talk together. Our conversations are guided by psychological coaching methods, so you leave with more than a few steps in your legs: new perspectives and real connections.
No pressure. No competition. Every fitness level is welcome.
MOVE to recharge your energy, and clear your mind
CONNECT with people who understand the challenges of starting over
BELONG to a supportive and welcoming community
Wolves (spanish/portugese: LOBOs) don't walk alone.

LOBO’s
Mission and Values
We believe that meaningful connections can bridge differences in cultural backgrounds and life experiences; and that every new chapter in life becomes easier when we don't have to navigate it alone.
Our mission is to connect people who value community, kindness, and authentic human connection, and who are ready to support others with their experience, empathy, and encouragement.
There is nothing more rewarding for us than seeing people find friendship, confidence, and a sense of belonging.
Time spent in nature has a unique way of helping us slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and build meaningful connections with others.

More to come!
We are growing together and plan to add more supporting formats, such as creative expression workshops, German language coaching and conflict-resolution skills sessions. Stay tuned!
Note: Our sessions are sports and coaching activities for personal development and group connection. They are not psychotherapy, medical treatment or healthcare, and do not replace them. If you experience mental or physical health problems, please consult your doctor or a licensed therapist.
